Farm to School State Formula Grant
On Sept. 20, 2022, the Food and Nutrition Service published the "Farm to School State Formula Grant" Implementation Memo pursuant to statutory guidelines outlined in Section 1001 of the American Rescue Plan Act (PL 117-2). These documents provide instructions and administrative procedures for participation in the non-competitive State Agency Formula Grant, as well as state agency allocation levels.
